What is the Muscle Support Stack?

I've been on 3 different stacks, running them all together and my left nut started hurting. I ordered the muscle support stack and used the AI liquid at half dose for 5 days to get my estrogen under control and stopped after my nut quit hurting and just been taking the pills at 1 capsule 1 day and 2 capsules the next and back to 1 and next day 2 capsules without the AI liquid and it seems to be controlling my estrogen levels now. I'll be honest though definitely watch Jared's instructional videos on how to take the stacks and when because the AI will cause aches and pains which is totally normal for any AI. So u want to take it late evening or even right before bed so u can sleep thru the aches. I've had 22 back surgeries and if I can sleep thru the aches anyone can sleep thru them. Just don't overdue the AI and crash your estrogen. Jared's videos explain each product in depth and tells what stacks do what and what stacks to take together.

I’m 71, and this is only the second time I’ve done serious weight training. But this time, I have modern supplements to speed my progress.
