We happily make exceptions to the stipulations below for customers who are cooperative, patient, and kind. Remember... we are people too!
Delivery takes 2-3 business days domestically when selecting the basic shipping method. For customers who would like the 2-day shipping methods, the order must be placed before 2 pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed from Friday (after 2 pm EST), Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Please note that even if 2-Day Shipping is selected it will not be processed until the next business day.
- 2-Day Shipping does not deliver on weekends.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments
- The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost/misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
- Vintage Muscle is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
- Vintage Muscle is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.
