We want you to try Vintage Muscle with confidence. If a product is not right for you the first time you buy it, we will give you your money back for the first bottle, even if you opened it.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Buy a product for the first time. Contact us within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied. We will refund the first bottle of that product, even if it is opened, partly used, or empty.

What the guarantee covers

  • First purchase, first bottle: One bottle of each product, the first time you buy that product. It applies once per product, per customer, and per household.
  • Bundles: Each different formula counts as its own product. For a bundle or promotion, we refund that bottle's share of the price you paid.
  • Other bottles: You can return other bottles from the same order only if they are unopened (see Standard Returns).
  • Not covered: Later orders of the same product (including AutoShip renewals), products bought from other sellers, gift cards, free items, and requests we believe are abusive, such as a pattern of excessive returns or repeat requests under different names or addresses.

STANDARD RETURNS

For anything the guarantee does not cover, you can return products that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened products under standard returns.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email support@vintage-muscle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send returns without authorization or to the manufacturer.
  3. Ship the product (with its label) within 14 days after we approve your return.

Shipping costs: You pay return shipping. We do not refund original shipping charges. If we give you a prepaid return label, we deduct its cost from your refund. For returns worth more than $50, use a trackable shipping service.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we email you a confirmation. We refund approved returns to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post the refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product, its label, and its packaging. We will replace the item (if it is in stock) or refund it, including its shipping charge.
