As always, great customer service. The first jug had a couple of pin holes, VM replaced quickly. I use the jug daily to keep water intake up. Not easily knocked over when you bump it while working out. One minor note - the breather hole in the lid was so... As always, great customer service. The first jug had a couple of pin holes, VM replaced quickly. I use the jug daily to keep water intake up. Not easily knocked over when you bump it while working out. One minor note - the breather hole in the lid was solid on both jugs, so I had to drill it out to allow air exchange while drinking. Don't drill it out too large, otherwise the little stopper won't seal. All in all, a great jug.
